Engagement Gift Album

My sister got married yesterday!  It was so beautiful!  I put this card and album together as an engagement gift for her and her fiance.  When I saw this sweet Kissy Kissy image from The Greeting Farm, I knew I just had to use it!  I've been watching a lot of Copic colouring tutorials online to prepare for my upcoming purchase of some Copic markers and I thought, maybe I should go ahead and practice the colouring techniques!  It has completely changed my colouring!  I love the shading and highlights! This image was coloured using my 36 pack of Crayola Coloured Pencils (Canadians say "Pencil Crayons" but I didn't think anyone would know what I was talking about!).  The background was embossed with my Cuttlebug Embossing Folder D'Vine Swirls.  I used Spellbinders Scalloped Squares.  Prima's Say It In Crystals were for the accents and the ribbon is by Stampin Up! although I think it's retired.

I coloured another, smaller copy of the digital image from The Greeting Farm for the cover of the album.  The paper is an old Creative Memories paper pack.  I bought the vellum quotes from Creative Memories ages ago.  The accents are cut from Tim Holtz's die Elegant Flourishes and trimmed to fit the pages.  Here are the rest of the pages:

Aren't they cute?!  They are so happy together!  I love you, Deni & John!  Congratulations!
Have a fantastic day, All!
