This really has become my favourite post of the week! It's been a couple of weeks as my kids have been sick, but everyone is better now and I've had a little more time to craft! So what kind of post is it? It's the one where I make a card completely for me. I've chosen an image from my stash, browsed my favourite challenges, and made a card using those challenges as inspiration!
I think this is my favourite stamp at the moment! She is the cute and zany Charlotte from Kraftin' Kimmie Stamps! I love colouring Charlotte's hair! I coloured the image with my Copic Markers (pink-R24, R22, R20; blue-BG07, BG02; hair-E99, E97, Y21; skin-E21, E00, E000). I made the paper flowers and added some glitter by touching the tops with my Zig 2 Way Glue Pen and then sprinkling some SU Dazzling Diamonds glitter on top. Here's a close up:
I ended up putting the birthday sentiment inside the card, well because I completely forgot the "twist" part in the Just Us Girls Challenge (see below)! I still wanted to qualify for the challenge so I added it inside!
Here are the challenges I'm playing today:
