DDH - Technique Tuesday!
We're continuing with our Grand Opening Celebrations at Digi Design House! Today is Technique Tuesday and the design team and I are all showcasing our favourite digi technique! Mine is paper piecing. When I first started with digis, I had no idea that I could paper piece with them! I was so excited about it because my Copic collection was growing so slowly and paper piecing would help me get the colours that I didn't have yet! There's a fabulous tutorial here.
This card is only partially paper pieced. Just the siding on the birdhouse. The rest is coloured with Copic Markers. I love the look! I added some stitching, hemp twine and buttons for detail!
Remember to comment and participate in the challenge at the Digi Design House Blog for so many chances to win!
