Fairy Fun Fridays was a difficult one for me: No Black Lines. The idea is to print or stamp your image at about 25% of the normal level of black that you would use. I think the result looks cool, but I was so difficult to colour! Anyway, it turned out alright. I wanted to take a black marker to go over her eyes, but I was so afraid that I would mess it up that I just left it.
The cute image is Dotty by Prairie Fairy Designs. I coloured her with Copic markers. The trick with the no black lines is to use grey Copics. For instance, around the nose and under the chin, I added some C2 (light grey) to accentuate the shadows and therefore shape around her face.
